Believing the Christian life to be a pilgrimage in which we grow from spiritual infancy into maturity, we offer a variety of education options, with Sunday School at the heart of the program. 

Fellowship
9:45 a.m. & 10:00 a.m.—Coffee, juice, donuts and friends.

Children’s Division
10:00 a.m.—Nursery, Pre-School, Kindergarten, 1st thru 5th grades.  

Youth Division
10:00 a.m.—Junior and Senior High Youth in the Armory 

Adult Division
10:00 a.m.—All ages, interests, and formats.  More than a dozen classes from which to choose.

Adult Classes 10:00 a.m.

Scruggs Class(Rm. 202): Couples, singles, widows, widowers (all ages) using the Cokesbury Adult Quarterly.

Good News Class(Rm 203): Men and women studying God's Word and enjoying a relaxed format of questions and answers.

New Life(Rm 205): Singles and couples sharing in open discussion about God's Word.

Cannon Class(Rm 206): Men and women studying Bible passages using the Cokesbury Adult Quarterly.

Hallmark Class(Rm 211):  Adults loving, caring, sharing, and studying with one another using the Cokesbury Adult Quarterly curriculum.

New Beginnings(Rm 308):  Adults of all ages are welcome as we look at The Heart of Jesus.  This informal discussion style class.

The Fellowship(Rm 313):   Adults of all ages studying God's Word in a relaxed discussion style atmosphere.

Oscar Horton Class (Rm 312): Men (all ages) who enjoy singing and studying God's Word.  This lecture-style class uses the Cokesbury Adult Quarterly. 

Wesley Class(Parlor): Men and women in this interactive class study books of the Bible and a variety of Christ centered topics.  Bible study, prayer, and fellowship work together to help class members grow in their relationship with God.

Logos Class(Rm 211):  Looking at the truth of Scripture, and the many doctrines both in the Old and New Testaments. 

Sanctuary Sessions (Sanctuary):  A variety of topics will be covered each Sunday from “What We Believe and Why”, a look at John and other books of the Bible, Journey A Chronological Overview of the Bible, and much more.  This is a great place to start if you are new to the church, visiting, or a long time member who has questions.  These sessions are led by the Pastors, Staff, and Volunteers.

Life Groups (Genesis): Coffee, fellowship, and learning about God all take place during this time.  Open to adults of all ages.

Youth Classes  10:00 a.m.

Jr. High Girls:

Jr. High Boys:  6th through 8th grades.

Sr. High:9th through 12th grade boys and girls.   

6th -12th Grades at GENESIS 10:00 a.m.

 Jr. High/Sr. High: Boys and girls 6th through 12th grades. 

CHILDREN'S CLASSES 10:00 a.m. (Downtown & GENESIS)

Using 252 BASICS taps into the way kids are naturally wired to discover, so they can begin to experience for themselves who God is, how He sees them and how much He loves them.  Includes large group/small group time with worship, Bible stories, music, scripture memory, crafts, games, and more.

2 yr. Olds (Nursery)

3 & 4 yr. Olds (Rm 107)

CHILDREN'S CHURCH

8:45 a.m.

10:55 a.m.

Children ages 3 yrs to 2nd grade are invited to participate in our Children's Church programs offered at both the 8:45 and 10:55 morning services.  Children go to worship with their parents and have a special prayer time with the pastor during the service before being dismissed to Children's Church.
